The owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I've brought my kids here several times, and every visit they've gone out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The employees/owners are always so attentive and friendly with my little ones, which means a lot as a parent. We're so sad we no longer live in San Antonio because we haven't found another place that offers the same genuine hospitality, family-friendly atmosphere, and great deals. We truly miss this place and highly recommend it!

I had a great experience with this shop from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was completely satisfied with the service. Their customer service was outstanding, and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything worked out as expected. It’s hard to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, but this shop definitely does. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car shop.

My son loves buying and selling here. Everyone is super friendly. He's had some great pulls! I love that there's a comfy couch for me to sit on and wait while he peruses and opens packs.

My family and I just started collecting pokemon. This has been one of the best stores in terms of customer service. The staff is always super helpful and have been super fair in trades. The best part is how they have treated my son. My son can be a bit shy and they made him feel right at home in the store and helped him start his collection. Thank you guys for what you do!!

We were shopping a few of our cards from our collection around at a few spots. These folks had the best purchase rates and graded the cards very fairly. Beyond that they extended incredible customer service. They stared conversation and made us feel very comfortable. Also inviting us to play at their weekly TCG events. They took every opportunity to make us feel very like valued customers and that made sure we will recommend them to our friends and be back to support their awesome shop!
