Chrono Toys

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chrono Toys Brea is hands down one of the best collectible stores I've visited. They have an incredible selection of Funko Pops, trading cards, anime figures, and other collectibles at fair prices. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about collecting. They took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience enjoyable without any pressure. Whether you're a serious collector or just getting started, I highly recommend stopping by Chrono Toys Brea. I'll definitely be coming back for future additions to my collection!

Purchased 2 packs of cards from them. They had both been resealed. One of the packs had 4 cards, instead of 5. This store is taking advantage of their customers and removing valuable cards before selling their packs.

I bought a Hello Kitty toy from this store last Friday. When I got home, I noticed that the bow on the Hello Kitty figure was missing. The package was never opened ！You can clearly see the missing piece through the box. Because I had plans over the weekend, I came back on Monday to ask for an exchange. A male staff member with curly hair responded very coldly and told me it was “already four days” and refused to help. When I explained that the product was defective and that the packaging had never been opened, he blamed me for “not checking carefully” before buying. This response was very disappointing. Customers should not be expected to open sealed packaging in the store just to make sure every piece is intact. The item was defective when it was sold, yet instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff blamed the customer. Very poor customer service and an unpleasant experience.

There are plenty of Pop Toys that are available for purchase at this store. This store is located on the second level of Brea Mall. The customer service associates are nice and friendly. Check this store out when you have the chance! 5 out of 5 stars!

Madi gave us a warm welcome as we came into the shop. She helped us find what we were looking for & then more. She was super sweet & helpful. She drew us in to buy a lot more than we came for as she encouraged the deals. Thanks Madi!!
