I came in to buy some cards. I had read the terrible reviews, but thought I would give it a chance anyway. Was I ever wrong. I waited at the checkout to make my purchase. There was a guy there, but he left. I waited 10 minutes, and no one else showed up. I kept waiting... I decided to leave, but as I walked out the door, the employee walked past me back to the table, so I went back in. I asked him about a couple of prices, and then he said he had to go do something, so I was left alone again and couldn't buy anything. Also, the prices were absurd; the same Elite Trainer Box on Amazon is about 60% cheaper. I will never return to this place.

Quick things to know. This store's pricing on sealed MTG is outrageously high AND they engage in speculative pricing (pre-scalping) on unreleased sets / cards. my experience: I went in to grab some cards for my first commander deck, they appeared to have a good selection (slight markup on normal stuff), so I ended up spending over 200$. General vibes were good, staff was friendly and attentive, and people were playing cards in the background. Cool When i got home to give the cards a closer look, two of them had issues (one 40$ card and one 10$ card). My bad for not checking while at the store before heading home. A day or so later I went back to see if an exchange or return was possible. The guy at the counter refused, saying I "could have switched them out with fakes" despite asking for the cheaper version and keeping the cards in the original sleeves. I asked if i could sell them back and he said they wouldn't even be half value from what i paid, at which point i said "that's fine, I don't want either anymore". Then he begrudgingly exchanged one of the cards (the 10$ one) but refused the other outright, so I left and went to my favorite card store instead where they were happy to help me out. Will not be going back anytime soon

If you are wanting to trade or sell cards go somewhere else, literally anywhere else. Market value does not matter here at all. If they have even the smallest inkling that you aren't well informed or knowledgeable on the subject, they will absolutely try to take advantage of you. You could show them $5000 worth of cards, they are going to hit you with the most insulting low-ball offer they can and try to convince you that they are doing you a solid. I wanted to like this place. It's a local small business and its super close to me. And as a small business, it's understandable that prices might be a little higher. But here they are not a little higher. They are worse than scalpers. You'd be better of getting scammed on Whatnot.

The dude that looks like Johnathan Davis is sweet as pie and just as brilliant. I love whenever he is working because I know there'll be amazing conversation and high-end service. He never makes you feel like a burden or ignored. And the store itself is absolutely amazing. The prices on everything cant be beat, their selection is not only vast but of good quality items and unique items, the store is always clean 👌, AND the community of people that come here are just the best. I have never felt secluded or isolated or unwelcomed. Whether your here for 5 minutes or 5 hours, its so much fun and always makes you want to come back

I called this company at 5pm and the guy said they were open until 8 pm to buy MTG cards. I live 30 mins away and I arrived at 720 pm. I was informed that they didn't have a manager there to buy cards. I explained how far I came and the guy just said have a good day. Total waste of time and no respect for their customers. I'll find somewhere else to do business with and I suggest you do the same.
