Order cancelled after a few days with no explanation. Take their online inventory/pricing with a grain of salt I guess. I would definitely recommend calling ahead to verify before ordering as it doesn't seem like their e-commerce operation is all that buttoned up.

I recently purchased a Nintendo video game from Card Wizards online as one of the gifts for my son's 13th birthday. Based on their location, I expected the game to arrive within a week, but unfortunately there was a delay, and it didn't make it in time for his birthday. While I was disappointed that it arrived a few days late, I understood that sometimes shipping delays happen and are beyond anyone's control. I explained the situation to my son, and thankfully he was still excited when the package finally arrived. What truly impressed me was the level of professionalism and kindness Card Wizards showed. Inside the package was a handwritten note apologizing for the delay. Even more surprising, they included an additional video game—one that was actually valued higher than the game I originally purchased—at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill. This wasn't something I escalated or complained about, which made their response even more meaningful. It's rare to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make things right. Thank you, Card Wizards, for your outstanding customer service and generosity. You turned a disappointing delay into a memorable experience and made a 13-year-old boy very happy. I'll definitely continue doing business with you and highly recommend you to others.

My online order was cancelled 5 days post order confirmation with no explanation. Most likely because the item I purchased went up in price since I had ordered, scarcity had also increased since then so I was forced to purchase at a much higher price elsewhere. I had emailed inquiring right after the cancellation and never received a response.
