Cardboard Diamonds

I went in to check the value of some pokemon cards and some magic cards, not really knowing their worth but looking for insight and the kid behind the counter was really eager to just rush and get me out of the store without even actually looking though the cards i handed him. He just shuffled through them as quickly as he could and told me he would hold off on buying any of them. Not once did i even mention trying to sell them. I just wanted to know if any of them had any value. Thats all. The guy was not helpful at all and like stated before, way too eager to send me on my way and get back to chatting with his buddies. Will not be returning back to do business. Although i have a feeling that wont hurt their feelings any by the way i was treated. Definitely not a professional way to conduct business. Extremely dissatisfied with the overall interaction.

Love this shop! Always have what we are looking for! The staff is always super helpful and friendly! All the shops in my area don’t even compare to this place! Making the drive is absolutely worth it! My daughter loves doing the tournaments they have here with her dad and we are so happy to have found this place

I recently started going to this place. Every time I go I'm treated so well and the staff are so helpful and schooled in their craft of all TCG's. The customer service is top notch. In particular John has went way out of his way to help me find exactly what I'm looking for and is so patient. I look forward to my next visit and supporting this local business.

After visiting 5 other local card shops, this has to be the absolute best one I have found in the Portland area. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The 10% off discount for cash is WONDERFUL, especially with an ATM right around the corner at the 7/11. They usually have an awesome selection of Pokemon singles, including very hard to find ones. I recently started filling out all the old Wizards of the Coast sets. I nabbed these recently and couldn't be happier.

Cardboard Diamonds has been consistently friendly, fair, and welcoming. They’re incredibly well priced for singles trade ins and buying, giving super real numbers on everything I’ve sold. The amount of product they have on their shelves beats everyone in the Tri-Met area. Any time I’ve been in, there’s always a wholesome community enjoying their time as well. Couldn’t recommend them enough for buying, selling, and tcg play. Awesome 10/10, will not go anywhere else.
