1/10 — Decent shop and employees, but HORRIBLE experience with the owner. The shop itself is decent and the employees were friendly, but my experience with the owner was extremely disappointing. When selling cards or sealed product, I found his offers to be heavily based on the lowest listed price rather than what I considered a reasonable market value. He also appears to take the lowest listed price as the basis for his percentage when purchasing cards. More concerning was the way the owner communicated during the interaction. He repeatedly talked over me and raised his voice in a demeaning manner rather than having a respectful discussion. I would highly recommend comparing offers elsewhere before selling cards or sealed product here. The employees were fine, but based on my experience, I personally wouldn’t ever visit here again unless I was desperate enough.

I come to this shop as a last resort and I'm in search of a needed card that no other card shops seem to have. It has some cool cards to purchase, but the ETBs and packs are pretty expensive compared to other shops. The staff is also friendly to what seems to be their "regulars". I get that but to come in every time to purchase singles and they choose to tend/greet their "friends" or "regulars" first is a bit annoying (I am there first, waiting). I literally have to keep making eye contact for them to give me their time or I have to cut them off from a conversation they're about to start just to ask for cards before they ignore me and tend to others that have not been waiting. Again, is it because it's their friends, regulars, big spender people? I honestly don't know BUT what I do know is I'm ignored and pushed to the side for others who have walked in after me. I have spent about 30 mintes- 1 hour in this place on multliple occassions just to get 1-5 single cards. My feedback is I hope this store takes from me is treat every customer the same. I'm patient with you guys and friendly but man you've been consistent on the ignoring and not tending customers in order and it's honestly frustrating. What could be a 10-15 minute visit turns to a 30/ hour visit is pretty wild.

Went here for a pokemon pre release for Pitch Black and I will NOT be coming back. From the jump it was sketchy. Online said it was $30, got there and was charged $35. Was given my battle deck and was completely disappointed to find out (AFTER we started) that we wouldn't be receiving any of our participation packs after battling. Hmm like they wanted to keep the packs to resell for triple. Just another company scalping and taking advantage of the pokemon community. Disgusting. Not to mention how OVERPRICED everything else was. Astral radiance packs for example... $9.90 market, they were charging $20... more than double market is crazy work. Steer clear of this place.

So let's start here by saying that until tonight it has been about 17 years since I'd stepped into a card shop. I have recently returned to playing cards and live about a 10min walk from this place so I dropped in. I had a great time. The staff was friendly and attentive. They're was a Yu-Gi-Oh release event I joined. Adequate amount of players. They have plenty of seating within the store. They host yugioh tournaments 6 days a week, as well as other card game so don't play. Speaking of which, I saw lorcana, riftbound, magic, pokemon, digimon, and one piece. And I wouldn't be surprised if they had more. Also, memorably enough, I won the prize mat while there which was cool. Definitely a 10/10 spot and can't wait to go back.

Haven't been to the storefront, but truly terrible experience with their Frank & Son booth, which I believe is operated by the owner. Both times I've been I was horribly upcharged, first for a few cards that one of the employees basically told me not to bring to him because he didn't want to look for them, and second when I sent in a decklist ahead of time, naïvely thinking it may result in a better experience. It did not. I sent a $40/$50 list of 58 cards a day ahead, and was immediately told it would be around $70. I set a $50 price limit, hoping I could get most of what I wanted and visit other booths for the remainder, then came in the next day, waited for about an hour for them to get my cards, then was told that I had hit "exactly" my $50 limit. I was pleasantly surprised, but quickly learned after paying that they had only given me 20 cards out of the 58 I had asked for. And it wasn't that they didn't have the other cards, they just gave me the most expensive printings of the most expensive cards on my list so they could give me less cards and upcharge me. I'm still missing 38 cards after paying $50 for a decklist that shouldn't be any more than that. When I asked for a refund, the owner told me he'd have to charge me a $15 "service charge" for their scam. Moreover, the owner often repeats they have the "best prices in the building," and checks cards with "everyone in the building," but when they told my friend they did not have a card he was looking for and that no one in the building had it, he walked to the booth literally next to theirs and found the card immediately. Liars, scammers, upchargers, and they're also seemingly mad at you for even shopping there in the first place. Stay FAR away from this place, I promise you'll be better off.
