Cape Cod Card Shark

Just want to share that I was at this wonderful shop yesterday with my nieces and my nephew, all under age 10 and the two women in the store were absolutely amazing to them. We were so thankful! We witnessed two different people who came in to sell or trade some cards for the new pitch black product and the owner told them she wasn’t interested in doing any deals for sealed product as she doesn’t have enough to do that. The people were not happy or polite about it. The owner stood her ground and let them know she takes care of her regular customers which are kids before making any deals. She also told them she has the right to say no to any proposed deal as this is her store. They were not pleased and made some rude remarks as they left. Now they are just leaving a bunch of nasty comments on her business. Seems childish to me. I guess some people are just immature and greedy. Again I just wanted to share how much the kids are joyed the time we spent there yesterday and we highly recommend you give the place a try and form your own opinion. We ❤️ the card shark! Thank you!

I *love* cape cod card shark, I'm a very socially anxious person and I've always felt so welcome in the store, wether I'm trading, or buying, or just trying to figure out value. Staff is knowledgeable, inventory is amazing, prices are great and as fair as they can be in this market. They also have at least 5 buckets full of bulk to sit and sort through and a great play space for pokemon and mtg. I will always recommend cape cod card shark!

The shop itself is bright and has a lot in stock for all types of collectors. The customer service experience was okay. Some employees were engaging and helpful. I presume the owner (based on our conversations) was very short with us. Our questions felt like an inconvenience. When we asked which Pokémon packs were in stock and had a few follow-up questions, we were met with an uninterested tone: “We’re a very busy store.” I felt like I was bothering her by inquiring about what inventory was available. Not everyone is a hardcore collector. Some guidance and patience from a sales associate would have been nice. I almost put my card back after her comment.

The woman running this card shop was absolutely lovely - she was attentive, kind, and genuinely interested in engaging with customers. She even had her own binder of Pokémon cards. The selection was fantastic as well, and everything was very fairly priced. This shop has Pokémon cards, sports memorabilia, some vinyls, a variety of different trading cards (including Riftbound - which is what I went there for), and more. Would absolutely recommend that people check out and support this business!!

I had an amazing experience here. I saw on the map this little card store in Cape Cod while I was on Vacation, turns out they have a better selection than most stores i have at home, even scored some Chaos Rising because they are an official tournament location. Worth the stop if youre a local or on vacation. The staff was incredibly informed and kind as well. Even showed me their master sets they were working on!
