I stopped into Brick & Board Games and Cards for the first time, and one of the first things that stood out was the customer service. I was greeted pretty much as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was friendly, approachable and actually willing to help. When I had questions, they were quick to look things up, check prices and — importantly — actually walk over and show me where something was rather than just pointing across the store. That sounds like a small detail, but having worked in retail myself, I notice things like that. You may know exactly where something is because you stock the shelves every day; the customer walking in for the first time doesn’t. Taking those extra few seconds to walk someone over makes a difference. The store itself was extremely clean and generally very well organized. I noticed a few things that had obviously been moved around on shelves, but that’s me looking at it through a retail person’s eyes and certainly nothing I’d hold against them. Overall, the merchandising and presentation were excellent. The display cases were clean and well lit, cards were laid out where you could actually browse them, and the different product areas were easy to navigate. There’s also a surprising amount of inventory here. Based on some of what I’d seen online before visiting, I wasn’t expecting the selection to be nearly as extensive as it actually was. And the variety is probably one of the biggest strengths of the store. There are collectible cards and singles, sealed TCG products, sleeves and accessories, miniatures, RPG products, Warhammer, board games, LEGO sets and plenty of other collectibles. Their online catalog confirms an extensive selection across Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Warhammer, Star Wars: Unlimited, board games and LEGO, so what I saw wasn’t just a random assortment filling shelves. I especially liked seeing products covering several different hobbies instead of the store feeling like it existed solely for whichever TCG happens to be hottest at the moment. Prices also seemed fair from what I looked at, and when something needed to be checked, the staff was quick about getting an answer rather than guessing. There’s also considerably more to the place than just retail. They have a dedicated play area with plenty of tables, plus additional space that appeared to still be a work in progress. They currently advertise regular organized play including Friday Night Magic, Pokémon Play & Trade, Lorcana weekly play, Star Wars: Unlimited and Riftbound events. That combination of retail inventory and usable community space is something I really like seeing in a game store. It gives people a reason to come back after they’ve made their purchase rather than simply being a place to grab a pack and leave. Checkout was quick and painless, the staff remained friendly throughout the visit, and overall the experience exceeded what I expected going in. It’s clean, organized, has a broad selection, fair pricing from everything I checked, plenty of gaming space and — most importantly — employees who actually engage with customers and seem interested in helping them. I’ll definitely stop back in when I’m in the area. This is exactly the kind of customer service that can turn somebody who just happened to stop in once into a repeat customer.

Easily my favorite Card and Game shop in the Tulsa area. Brick & Board has a great inventory of every major TCG and a ton of table top games. Highly recommend a visit!

I finally got the chance to visit Bricks and Boards Games and Cards on Elm Point in Glenpool, and this place is truly a hidden gem! They host Pokémon battles and other card game events on Sundays, along with different activities throughout the week for kids, families, and adults. They recently expanded and now have a second room, which looks like it could be a great space for birthday parties or group events. They also have pinball machines, snacks, drinks, and tons of board games for families to enjoy together. It’s a fun, welcoming place where you can spend quality time without having to drive far or deal with freeway traffic. I highly recommend checking them out and supporting a great local business in our community. 10/10 for the experience and 10/10 for customer service!

Visiting this place for the first time was a visit worth the experience! The employees were super nice there, the variety of board games/trading cards/tabletop games was pretty impressive!! Loved how clean and organized everything was too, I bought myself a Magic Collector Pack there and got some good pulls, but I'm definitely planning on coming back for a Friday Night Magic here when I can! :)

Place is cute and organized. Lots of game options, accessories, and tables to play. So if one is into 40k, Pokémon, or board games, they got you covered. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. They are open seven days a week, and the best part is that its the most west side game store in the Tulsa metro. Which means that I dont have to drive 30 mins to a game store anymore!
