Boardgames and Beyond

The owner is really kind and helped me pick out the right sleeves for my deck and told me some fun stories he had. Their selection on Pokemon and Magic was big and had a good variety of sets for good prices. If your ever looking for anything card related, this is a perfect store for that stuff.

Just went into the store to see what they have/look around. Never in my life have I’ve been treated like an idiot or that I wasn’t a valued customer. This is how we are gonna treat consumers in the biggest card market currently. Will never go back, wish I could give no stars as a review.

Called ahead to confirm if a game was in stock and was told it was. We drove over right away, but when we arrived we couldn’t find it. After asking an associate, he nonchalantly said, “You guys just called, right? Sorry, I was mistaken—it’s not in stock.” Situations like this make buying local feel less worthwhile, and the appeal is fading fast! ***Response to store owner*** Thank you for your reply. My original review was not a demand for perfection, nor a personal attack on your staff. It was a factual account of being told an item was in stock, driving over immediately, and then being informed it was not. Mistakes happen. What concerned me more was the dismissive response in-store and now the sarcasm in your public reply. Small businesses often ask customers to support local. That support depends on accountability and professionalism. Responding with mockery and personal commentary, including religious advice, doesn’t reinforce confidence — it weakens it.

Really clean and very great reception from the workers. Great at answering questions and helpful at finding things in store. Great experience

We like going to this store, sometimes just to see what’s new or purchase some more cards. Issac is always way cool to us & makes us feel welcome when we come in. Clean store, good prices & Highly recommend.
