Blue Breaks Sarasota

We stopped by Blue Breaks Sarasota on Saturday afternoon so my son could browse. Justin was working and he was so friendly and helpful. The store was clean, very organized, and really enjoyed the table set up in the back so I could sit with my son and look through lots of baseball cards. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Breaks - Sarasota LLC. I purchased a baseball card that was clearly listed as available, and the checkout even allowed me to buy multiple copies. My payment was processed immediately, so I had every reason to believe the order was confirmed. Several hours later, my order was canceled with the explanation that the card was “sold out.” If the inventory was actually sold out, the listing should never have allowed the purchase or charged my card in the first place. To make matters worse, I called the store several times to get an explanation, but no one answered the phone. Mistakes can happen, but accurate inventory management and communication are part of good customer service. Charging customers for items that aren’t actually available, canceling the order hours later, and then being unreachable leaves a very poor impression. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to purchase from this store again.

Blue Breaks, no matter if it is the Sarasota location or the Venice location, either way this business is amazingly awesome! Everybody is so quick to help, yet nobody hounds you and tries to make you buy things. I've been to the Venice shop many times yet I've only been to the Sarasota shop once. Here at the Sarasota shop I dealt with Justin o. He was great! Even though it was a pretty busy day for him he took the time to explain everything to me and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. Blue Breaks is AWESOME and special thanks to Justin O.

Nice collection with nicer staff. Felt very comfortable browsing through cards without being pressured or rushed to buy. Very organized and cozy, cant recommend this place enough.

Brought my son in for Topps Rip Night event. He had a blast! What a fun shop you all have, and he even had a great pull! Thank you for a great family friendly experience.
