Best Buy - Westminster

Went to this best buy recently and one of the employees made the experience very uncomfortable. his name started with a B, Bret or something but the other employees around him seems put down around him like he abused them or something. put a whole uncomfortable on the experience. i wish stores wouldn’t have people like this since it ruins the experience even if they have good numbers or whatever, people skills are more important

I needed to buy a new unlocked phone and I worked with Rian. He was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. He said he usually works Computer Sales, but if you see him and need help, he’s your guy!

Typical Best Buy experience. I have to say it was helpful to be greeted as I don't usually shop this location. Being unfamiliar with this store's layout, it saved bunches of time and temptation to be pointed right at what I was shopping for.

Lady in the counter on service desk was anything but of service ( name will be placed here soon )she was absolutely oblivious to the fact that I had an order for pick up with a number that i handed her couldn't figure out what to do or type to look for my items 🙄 than she proceeded to put me to the side after I have mentioned To her my order was visible and I pointed it out to her and she still couldn't figure it that out as the next step in helping me secure the items from her inventory - very rude and not enough training should go back and retrain as to avoid these mishaps next time please!! I am a regular customer more so an avid frequent shopper i don't like to be placed aside because you guys can't figure out the problem and or issue ... I pay for the items I purchase so that you guys at best buy employees can assist me in my transaction and make the so called experience smooth and helpful .

Dangerous store. I cut myself on a damaged fridge they claimed was in excellent condition. Bought a fridge listed online in excellent condition. I went to the store a week early to confirm the condition of the item and was told that it was packaged in a box still, and had never been installed. when I finally unpackaged the item. It was clearly smashed with a forklift and not even in fair condition. The item was actually dangerous and should have never left the store. They were coffee stains on the inside, and it had clearly been used and damaged beyond repair. It’s crazy that management allows dangerous items to leave the store.
