Selection isn't what it use to be, and at times it's hard to get someone to assist you. When you do get assistance it can range from fair to exceptional. Perhaps they should identify key employees and have something like a peer mentoring and cross training on products deployed. I know my last purchase was for a 2K Leveno on line instead of Best Buy.

3/26 - Nathan and Davo did an excellent job on a sub and amp install for my lady, both of them are knowledgeable and very professional. They make you feel comfortable and confident about the work they do. Also kudos for making the bass knob look oem. 6/26 - Brandon the manager at the geek squad desk is very helpful, takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. I took my old used iPhone 12 Pro to him for a battery replacement, got top knotch treatment and they worked fast. When i came to pick up my phone they said they noticed corrosion, explaining how the phone had to have been in water before. So they ordered me a brand new refurbished iPhone 12 Pro 256gb, all for the price of a battery. Always very pleased with their staff here in the mall. Round of applause for you Brandon!

Place is in a good location. I shop open box a lot and this store usually has good deals when there is stock. It’s kind of hard to get good finds since the pricing model was standardized for open box units. Kind of wish they had some of the selection some of the other stores had, the next locations are kind of a far drive from my home. The associates are pretty friendly and some are very knowledgeable about certain products.

Ordered a tv, paid to have delivered in a certain window. Got tracking info and text updates. But no order ever showed up. My order was on a truck but suddenly it wasn’t available then it was we never had one for you. What with tracking and text updates then? Never ever using Best Buy again. They couldn’t call, text, they sent an email 36 minutes after delivery window. I’m calling bs on the whole thing. Disgusted.

Best service ever. Great prices on appliences. needed garage fridge freezer. Researched and found a basic model 21 cubic feet on line $799. Asked for floor model to get a deal as in tge garage a scratch or dent did not matter. Was shown a very small scratched GE, orig $2,199. Negotiated some and was even given lower price than the sale price and extra $110 coupon discount. I recomend this store. Ended with price of $884. Discounted $1,405.
