Elias, Nana, and Ken at this Best Buy made our shopping experience a great one. Elias and Nana were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we left fully satisfied with our purchase. They were patient throughout, helped us find the best deals, and never once made us feel rushed. Ken also deserves a special mention — no matter how many times we called him back with extra questions or doubts, he treated us with the same patience and friendliness every single time. Highly recommend asking for this team if you're shopping here. Great service all around!

I went to Best Buy for a Pokémon release and was the 8th person in line. I’ve been to multiple Best Buy locations for Pokémon launches, and the standard practice is usually to keep the product behind the counter and have employees distribute it fairly to customers in line. Unfortunately, this location chose to place the product out on the sales floor in containers and let customers grab whatever they wanted. This created a chaotic situation where people were taking product and handing it off to friends who were farther back in line, completely defeating the purpose of waiting. If Best Buy is going to carry highly sought-after collectibles, there should be a consistent policy across all stores. Keeping release products behind the counter helps ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to purchase items based on their place in line. As a collector, it was frustrating to wait patiently only to watch the process become a free-for-all. I hope management reviews how future Pokémon releases are handled and implements a fairer system for customers who take the time to show up and wait their turn.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was in the Millbury Best Buy on a DoorDash order looking for an Apple product. I'm not familiar with Apple products, so I asked multiple employees for help. The first employee pointed me in a direction. I went there, couldn't find the item, and came back for assistance. When I asked if someone could actually walk me to the product instead of just pointing, an employee walked me halfway across the store and then pointed again. The biggest issue wasn't that they didn't know where the product was — it was the complete lack of effort. The entire staff came across as incredibly lazy. Multiple employees seemed more interested in standing around talking to each other, looking at their phones, or socializing than helping customers. The atmosphere felt more like a high school clique than a professional retail store. As a customer, it felt like I was inconveniencing people by asking them to do their jobs. Nobody seemed interested in providing actual customer service. It was very much a "figure it out yourself" attitude. To make matters worse, there was only one register open, and the checkout experience was just as disappointing. The overall attitude from the staff felt dismissive, unwelcoming, and uninterested. This location gives Best Buy a bad name. Customer service appears to be an afterthought, and the lack of effort from the staff was impossible to ignore. Management seriously needs to take a look at the culture in this store because from a customer's perspective, it feels like laziness has become the standard. I won't be returning.

Donald helped us and was super knowledgeable on the product he was helping us with. He knew all the answers, cannot express how grateful we are to have someone who actually knows what he is talking about! This place has always been our go-to. Great store.
