Best Buy - Fredericksburg

Purchased a 100 inch TV on 8/15/26 for delivery and set up on August 22. Purchased other services as well from the Geek Squad. Total purchase price was $3,259. Not a small purchase. At 7:30 PM the night before the scheduled delivery received a phone call from a Best Buy call center in Minnesota that the delivery would be delayed until Sept. 1. I asked for compensation since I had made special arrangements to be home on the day of delivery. Told I would receive a gift card of an indeterminate amount. No explanation for the delay. Horrible service. I asked to speak to a manager and the phone person refused. No wonder they are closing Best Buy locations all over the country.

Decent selection, organized. Some of the staff are friendly, I've met like two who were knowledgeable, but some don't know much about their inventory and give owners-nephew vibes in terms of apathy. I have built a few PCs and usually have to find everything myself. I asked if they had PC cases (knowing the site listed a few in stock) and had to spend 5 minutes explaining what that was and that a pre build is not it, only to be told by that individual they didn't think they carried them. Of course I found them myself three aisles away shortly after. Makes me feel like Ron Swanson.

Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. They helped keep me on task and got me out the door with everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. I now have a new PC with faster speeds and large screen. 😊

Purchased a TV elsewhere and was highly disappointed and returned the item the same week. Came to start my new search at Best Buy and the reps recommended a TCL model over the Samsung I originally had. I was unsure because I have never owned a TCL and thought it was a low budget brand compared to Samsung. After a week of coming in and talking to multiple reps, the suggestions were the same and I was convinced. This was a great choice. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

My husband and I were in there to buy a new color printer that wasn't too expensive. One of the employees asked if we needed help. He guided us to a printer that was just what I was looking for!
