Best Buy - Dublin

I had the worst experience with the Manager Chris yesterday. I have been with the customers services agent of Best buy and in communication with them for few days regarding the mistake they made when they returned my ebike but instead of having a polite communication, he told me to leave the store. This is insane. Would never be in the best buy forever. I have been a plus member for 2 years and even being plus member and taking money every year for that membership, he had such a communication with me. Will never recommend this place to someone

We purchased two TVs from this store, spending close to five figures in total. Unfortunately, the delivery and installation experience has been extremely disappointing. For the initial installation, we were required to stay home all day and clear our schedules, which is understandable for a delivery appointment. The installation team was able to set up one TV, but the second TV—which was to be wall-mounted—arrived cracked. The team placed an order for a replacement and a follow-up installation appointment. I then had to clear my schedule for a second full day to accommodate the replacement. When the installation team arrived, I was informed that a different team is required for wall-mounted installations and that the wrong team had been dispatched. Their only solution was to reschedule the appointment for two days later, requiring me to block out yet another entire day. I spoke with three different departments in an attempt to resolve the issue, starting with an agent named Hernan, but none of them were able to provide a reasonable solution. One customer service representative even acknowledged that the appointment could have been rescheduled for the afternoon, but explained that they had to wait for the delivery driver to mark the delivery as completed in their system—a process that would not occur until the end of the day. For a company that sells and installs technology products, relying on such an outdated and inflexible process is difficult to understand. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The repeated scheduling mistakes, lack of coordination between departments, and complete disregard for my time have turned what should have been an exciting purchase into an incredibly frustrating experience. We've purchased many times from Best Buy but this will be our last.

Outstanding welcome upon entering this Best Buy store. Well stocked & with a great spacious layout & display format. Way better than the other Best Buy at San Jose. I would highly recommend this Best Buy store as they are also well staff with willingness to assist customers. Great assortment of cellphone accessories. Cables, chargers, wireless charging solutions, etcetera. Customer service counters are all ready to serve & assist. Ask for discount because at this Dublin outlet the sales tax is 10.25%. Yes, I type again, 10.25%. No thanks to the Santa Clara county. Will be back again if buying a t.v. that has a sale or discount. May 3rd 2026 afternoon

The best customer service, have all electronics you need. The good thing, for the most of the things you buy have 30 days to bring it back and You will have your refund. And also, you can pick up your other orders in the front door Locket pickup if you order from other stores. This Best Buy location is really busy all the time and all employees are really helpful.
