Best Buy - Bonyton Beach

Me and my husband went to Best Buy on 8/27 because we needed to get a new refrigerator. Sarah Sperling assisted us and was beyond HELPFUL, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE. She has everything wrapped up for us in under 20 minutes and really made this not a stressful experience. She was so friendly and easy to talk to!! 10 out of 10!!

Very disappointed. I’m used to good quality appliances and electronics from Best Buy. Also good customer service. I ordered a new washer and new dryer and their pedestals mid July. First delivery was missing one pedestal. Second delivery had 1 broken pedestal. And now we’re being told that they are out of stock and cannot deliver until mid September. 2 months! Incredible.

We ordered a refrigerator over Memorial Day weekend. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days later. It was but extremely damaged and cracked. It worked to hold my food but the water, ice and doors were broken. We waited another week today 6/2/26 and the next delivery was damaged even worse. So we kept the first damaged refrigerator. We emptied food two times leaving items out left to spoil and throw away! Have not had filtered water and ice in weeks and had to miss work 2 times for an unsuccessful delivery. Thankfully Hector the delivery operator was great! He helped to contact to the service center and escalate this request. Best Buy called back one time and said they would call back to make sure this is immediately taken care of. Two hours after no call back, sent an email to them no response. We are EXTREMELY disappointed! IF We ever get this item it will be the last appliance we ever purchase at Best Buy! We will stick with Home Depot! UPDATE::::: Updating my review because this situation is STILL not resolved. Multiple damaged refrigerator deliveries, a failed replacement refrigerator, food loss, plumbing expenses, concerns over refrigerated medication, and countless hours spent trying to get answers. What’s most frustrating is that after my last review, Best Buy told me to contact them through social media. I did. I contacted everyone. Yet here I am still fighting for a fair resolution. Now I’m being told food losses aren’t covered, a gift card may be offered, and I’m left dealing with multiple departments that keep passing the issue around. This has been the worst appliance purchase experience I’ve ever had. Buyers beware.

This Best Buy is the only one in Palm Beach County that brings an IKEA near you. It's a 1,000 square foot showroom that has kitchen displays, walk in and reach in closets, and TV modular consoles. It complements Best Buy well with this new shop in a shop concept. They take walk ins and appointments. If you're serious, bring pictures and measurements with you so they can serve you especially for kitchens and closets. You can always place an order for anything IKEA carries with their salespeople as well and have it delivered to you or have it delivered to Best Buy for pickup typically within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. Same goes for orders you place online on IKEA.com, you can choose to pickup within this Best Buy location. Check them out. The IKEA and Best Buy employees make a great team and partner.

I bought 2 smart bulbs from Best Buy online without them stating that it is a THIRD PARTY VENDOR. I only found that out when I tried returning 2 of them at the Best Buy Store in Boynton Beach. They refused to take them back within 3 weeks EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A BEST BUY PLUS MEMBERSHIP!! I bought them 4/17/26 so it was like 3 weeks later unopened. With the Plus Membership you should have 90 days to return them.I have bought at least $7000 the last year worth of products and if is they way they treat their customers I will no long be buying from them. Will buy from Amazon from now on.
