BUYER BEWARE! READ BEFORE PURCHASING! Bought a samsung tv from this store in late 2024. Was talked in to buying the protection plan and signing up for the best buy membership as well. Was told "Oh if something breaks or messes up we will cover the cost of it no questions asked its such a good deal especially since your paying over 3k and its such a high end tv. Fast forward to now roughly 1.5 years later and I pause the program i am watching on the tv. Screensaver comes on. About a minute later screen is black and i go to unpause it and there is no picture only sound. I turn it off unplug it do all the stuff to try and resolve it still doing the same thing. I call the best buy customer number go through the diagnostics and they determine yep there is a problem we see you have the protection plan we will send someone out. Oh btw its a 99 dollar fee for that. Um no. I wasnt told about any extra fee i pay a yearly membership fee. Was basically told sorry about your luck youll pay the fee or you wont get your tv fixed. So i hang up with them and i drive to the store and talk to the manager Zaladi and he pulls my info off the computer and says yep i see it right here you have the protection plan etc but there is nothing i can do for you as far as the fee goes you have to call the number. So i call the number again and reluctantly agree to pay their 99 dollar fee because i have no other option. The date today is 8/25 and was told that a tech couldnt get to my house until 9/8 and then after that it maybe another 2-3 weeks + before i would actually get my tv repaired depending on the ordering of parts etc. So not only do I have to pay them an additional 100 dollars on top of what i pay for the yearly membership and protection plan its going to be potentially 6 weeks plus on a 1.5 old samsung tv that i have to wait to get it fixed. I asked to speak to a supervisor because this is absolutely unacceptable and the supervisor called back and basically said the same thing. Sorry about your luck we are willing to do 0 to resolve this situation or make it better. I will not spend another penny at best buy ever again. None of these things we told to me at the time of purchase its quite the opposite it was all sunshine and rainbows to get me to buy their protection plan and membership but of course they wouldnt tell you that upfront because noone would buy it. And there customer service is tailored for the customer to have no ther recourse except what they say. You cannot even contact your local store directly. Everything is funneled in to that call center and they have all the leverage. You have no other options.

Went for a washer and all prices were competitive with everywhere else we shopped. Best part, in my opinion, there was literally no pressure to buy. I assume the employees don't make commission but even if they do, they are very knowledgeable and willing to help. I definitely plan to get more of my appliances from this retailer in the future.

5/13/2026 Purchased IPad, employees quite nice and helpful. IPad not in stock they set up delivery to my house. 5/15 FedEx delivered an empty box and claimed they delivered. File complaint with FedEx, they closed investigation with no resolution. 5/21 back to Beavercreek store, nice polite employee said call corporate. 5/21 called corporate customer service said I would get refund. 6/1 called corporate as 5/21 refund never happened. 6/1 was told again I would get refund, never did. 6/8 filed complaint with Better Business Bureau, they forwarded to Best Buy corporate. 6/28 back to Beavercreek store Customer Service said call corporate. I see a pattern of a company that cares less for their customers than ever before. 6/28 disputed charged online (with corporate). Local news and bad reviews might be the solution. Lesson, purchase only what you can touch and carry out of the store.

Great customer service, very helpful, and knowledgeable. The store was clean and had a lot of customers. The only thing that I always seem to have issues with is how the store is organized. I feel confused and products of similarity are scattered in different locations. Product in isles that could be displayed better. Management just needs to create an easier to navigate layout. When customers have ease of shopping they tend to remember and relay to others how much they liked to shop at that location. Word of mouth is by far the best advertisement.

Very helpful staff , greeted several times and found some cool new things, 3d printer under 600 bucks. Print you some shoes out along with other things, Segway scooter, crazy looking Lego fortnite, and some refrigerators with view in without opening it and has calenders an other features, there was one on sale in 1200-1500 ranges. There are nicer ones though add 2-3k
