Bearded Browncoat

I have visited this store many times since it opened to buy dnd miniatures and board games. I have always been a big fan but I have to say my last few visits have made me want to stop going. My husband and I came in two days ago looking to start playing Lorcana. We got to the counter and told the employee we are looking to get into Lorcana and he said "good luck" I brushed it off and asked if he had any starter decks. He turns around for a second and said "I guess I do." He was very rude and made it seem like we were wasting his time. We are familiar with other TCG but if we were brand new players this guy could have made us not want to play. We even came back the next day to get some booster pack and the same guy didn't say anything to us while checking us out. Maybe im old fashioned but isnt the point to build a reputation with customers?

They have pokemon, MTG, and one piece cards. They have comic books, manga, anime figures, dice and other gaming accessories. Love it!

The store itself has a lot of good stuff but honestly the fact that the majority of things around the register don’t have prices marked takes away wanting to buy them. Every time I have to ask for prices instead of having them on display. It’s annoying!

Went in friday to the belleview bearded browncoat and had an issue buying some cards because I was unaware of certain point of sale guidelines. The staff there not only made the issue right, but were very quick to apologize for MY misunderstanding. I will gladly be continuing to spend my money with them, as they are good people trying to create a good atmosphere for hobbyists alike. 10/10 customer service!

Been shopping here for a few years now, They have not disappointed me once. I bought lots of games and lots of systems from here and anytime they made a mistake which is very rare, They make up for it and don’t waste any time doing so. I started getting recognized by the staff and it felt like I was talking to friends not employees. This place also is good for modern gaming Not just retro. 10 out of 10 great store Would 100% recommend.
