By far the most overpriced card shop (for Pokemon at least) I have seen yet in the valley. Every time I go, their selection is exponentially higher priced than their competitors. Went today to try and give it an another shot since my buddy told me they have revamped it a bit, thought I would see what it's all about. Found a card I was a fan of for $18 and said "damaged". I checked it out, card was in great shape so I decided to purchase it. When looking around a bit more, the guy there came up to me and told me that the card was listed significantly underpriced and told me market was around $45 for the card. I told him since they marked it as $18, I was going to pay $18 for it and feel like they should charge that because that's what their price was, he stated that it's "up to me" what I will pay and I followed it up with since it's marked $18, I'm going to pay $18. He asked me if thats the absolute lowest I would pay, and I obviously said yes since that's what is on the sticker they put on the card. He told me he couldn't sell it for that price, and I decided not to buy the card and left - thus living into the same reason I decided to give up on this place and how they are still significantly higher priced that all the other shops in the valley. Don't waste your time or money here, literally eBay is the better option. Make the trip to Grail Collectibles or The Trading Card Place, worth the trip for sure. Even go next door to Monster, way better place to spend your money.

Baxter’s Card Shop is hands down one of the best card shops around! They have an awesome selection, fair prices, and a great atmosphere whether you’re a seasoned collector or just getting started. Rob went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the hobby. If you’re looking for a shop with excellent service and great people, Baxter’s Card Shop is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

First time in today, great first impression. A gentleman named Rob really went above and beyond in the customer service while helping me. Great selection of sealed products as well as single cards for what seems like every type of collection out there. Not to mention Warhammer selection. Spacious, clean, and a very welcoming spot!

Been going to Baxters for a bit now and honestly I’m not going anywhere else. It’s a true one-stop shop — sports cards, Pokémon, Magic, even DnD stuff — they’ve got it all. What really stands out though is the people. Everyone there is super welcoming, easy to talk to, and actually wants to help. No weird vibes, no judgment, none of that standoffish energy you get at the shop next door. Whether you’re ripping boxes, buying singles, or just stopping in, they make it a good experience every time. Appreciate you guys — 100% recommend.

Cool store. Was visiting from out of town and discovered this hidden gem. Mostly a POKEMON and TCG store so if you’re going for that, then you’re good. I was going for sports cards, and it’s limited. Case cards were very limited although my brother and I loved going thru the value boxes looking for hidden gems. We each found small stacks of cards. There sealed stuff is definitely high in price. I asked about two different Pokemon ETBs. One seemed about $50 too high (versus other small stores) and the other ETB seemed about $20 too high. But, there selection is amazing for sealed Pokemon. Not as good for sports cards. Supplies also seemed a bit high. Other than that, it was clean and staff was friendly and attentive, even though they had a big event going on.
