Backwoods Wizards

I can’t speak to the brick and mortar store (although it seems wonderful from the photos), but the folks at Backwoods shipped my online order to me lightning fast via APO, which can be a pain in the keester sometimes. I’m very, very pleased and I hope I get the opportunity to visit the shop someday. Thanks international shipping logistics Wizards!

My little nerd heart could not be happier. The store is amazing, well stocked, has everything you could need snack wise for a long gaming session. The ability to rent the board games and play them in store on their extra large well made tables is absolutely awesome. We finally have something interesting to do in this small town, somewhere the kids can go and be kids and have a good time. And somewhere my inner kid can also have a good time. Highly suggest for anyone who needs something to do!

Timely delivery and the package was in mint shape. So happy with my new Sorin playmat! :D

Backwoods Wizards is great! This store is the ONLY place in Franklin County to find games like Magic the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, Catan, Everdell, Seti, Pokemon cards, and so much more all in one location. PLUS you can rent games, join in on structured play time, buy amazing snacks and cold drinks, and generally have a great time hanging out. They also have a huge selection of gaming accessories like sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, tokens, dice, and more. Do I work here? Yes, but I also play here. That's how much I enjoy this new addition to downtown Louisburg. I recently joined in on my first ever game of MTG. The guys playing were so helpful. New players are always welcomed in.

Ordered 35 deck boxes from Backwoods Wizards. Honestly had expected to get an email saying that they couldn’t do it and only send 5 or something but to my surprise, within 5 hours I had gotten a shipped notification and had gotten all of them within 2 days of ordering. Absolutely will order from here again for more tcg needs.
