Atomic Gaming Cafe

Alexis always provides excellent customer service! She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and always willing to help whenever I visit Atomic. She makes every visit a pleasant experience and always makes sure I’m taken care of. Recently, I came in with a trade in, and Alexis made the entire process quick and easy. She was able to go through everything efficiently and even followed up with me once it was completed to let me know my store credit was ready. Her communication, positive attitude, and willingness to help really stand out. Atomic is lucky to have someone like Alexis on their team!

Had couple bad experiences but the company's corporate management team reached out and took my complaint seriously to where they took time to personally listen and resolve the issue to make the experiences better. Johnathan is a wonderful manager that took care of it all. But all around the staff is wonderful and always a uplifting environment inside the shop. Definitely worth my time to keep doing business with them. Best place to get all brands of cards for trade and purchase.

I stopped in around 7PM on a Friday night with my kid to get some Pokémon cards. This place was pretty busy but the staff and customers were very friendly with my kid. I personally don’t play games or have comics but can see how this place attracts customers and keeps busy so would recommend.

I purchased a "Premium Poster Collection of Ascended Heroes" from the website, but I haven't received any delivery information yet. Furthermore, the item has disappeared from the site. I would also like to know if the cards are in English.

Patrick, Paul, and Tasha (hope that’s spelled correctly) are the best and made my experience extremely enjoyable. Would highly recommend this store for entertainment, fair prices, and good staff. Will be coming again!
