Arsenal Comics and Games - Newbury Park

I love this place! Parents- the staff and the customers are always so nice and love answering comic and collectible questions such as, “Is this comic appropriate for my child and if not; can you make some suggestions?” Their prices are based on market value for older comics, but I usually find they are cheaper than most other online comic book shops. This store has helped my son and I share our love of comics, and art. We have shopped other comic shops, but Arsenal is our home and our preferred shop.

Large selection of silver and bronze age comics mixed in with current titles. Easy to navigate. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful.

Not just a store, but a community meeting place. Arsenal Comics & Games host card games, table top games, signings, and events. I go for the comics, my boys go for the Pokemon cards, and my daughter hangs in the kids book area. There is something for everyone. The staff is always ready w/ a recommendation or to help point you in the right direction.

Arsenal Comics and Games, Newbury Park is the premier pop culture hobby shop in the Conejo Valley area (Ventura County)! Looking for Comic Books? Funko Pops? Gaming Cards? Trading Cards? From browsing the store (where they will assist you with their superb pop culture knowledge) or even during signing events! If you are out of town, they can be reached through their website and social media channels @arsenalcomicsandgames Overall, Arsenal Comics and Games is a Highly Recommended Store!

Awesome place! I got over 200 magic cards here and the guys charged me for less. They gave me free card bundles too. They gave my friend, who is new to magic, 2 welcome decks and were really nice to her. I always come here when I need comic books because their stuff isnt overpriced and they rarely add tax to things. They also have a lot of 25 cent comics that are super fun to read too. Unlike a lot of comic shops in thousand oaks, they don't hike up the price. When something is supposed to be sold for $2.99, they sell it for $2.99. In the back, they have about a dozen tables for playing whatever you want to play at any time, except during Friday night magic tournaments and dnd nights.
