Store is ok. Went to an OP-13 pre-release event though and the waiting list. Me and a friend were the 1st 2 on the list were there an hour before hand. 2 people came in 5 minutes beforehand and the guy in charge of the list decided to do an "RNG" roll giving the spots to his 2 friends that came in 5 minutes before instead of 1st on the list. Never went back and never will. Ridley AU is much better.

Store was incredibly clean and the staff immensely helpful! Great selection of products overall. Looking forward to frequenting this spot as I get back into TCGs

Looks great and always busy, but staff interaction pushed me away. The store is a great-looking spot with a steady events schedule. Exactly the kind of place I wanted to make my occasional hobby stop. I only have about 3 to 4 hours every couple weeks for the hobby, so I drove 30+ minutes (passing other shops) because the venue and events seemed worth the trip. Unfortunately, I’m no longer planning to make that drive. During my last visit one staff member was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful; the staff member cost the store a $300+ sale for having a terrible attitude toward customers and roughly $10 (to match market on a few cards). The interaction was casual enough that I worry it might be the norm. It’s a shame because the space and events are excellent. However, customer service matters, especially when patrons have very limited hobby time and travel eats up a lot of the time you have available. I hope the store makes customer service training part of staff orientation so this great venue can match its community potential. 5 stars otherwise.

This is by far the worst card shop I’ve visited. The staff shows clear favoritism towards regulars, allowing them to skip the line. I called ahead of time and was told I could purchase a pre-release item for a card game (which had limited stock) right when I came in. After driving an hour to get there, I was suddenly informed that I couldn't buy it until 7 PM. I ended up waiting for hours, only to find out they started selling the product at 5 PM without any announcement. By the time I got in line, everything was sold out. When I asked the staff what had happened, they explained that regulars were prioritized and allowed to buy first, even though I was the fourth person in line. Completely unorganized and an utter waste of time. Do not waste your money here and go elsewhere!

Fantastic TCG store in Blue Bell! The space has a huge space for retail and even bigger space for tournaments/events/games. They have good deals on their MTG precons and their singles are competitively priced. The staff here is incredibly nice and attentive when I visited for my first time. Thank you so much for being great!
