Alpha Omega Hobby

Went in after work to see if they had packs of Pokemon. Prices are way over market. I don’t mind paying market at all. Not to mention every single time I’ve been in the person at the counter is just plain rude. Makes me wait for him to get his food order then when I ask the price he says 100 clearly just making it up on the spot? No price tags so who knows. I said ya that’s way above market and I’m not comfortable paying that much. He just says I know bye. I’m not sure why I keep going back here to try and spend money. If you guys hate people who collect Pokemon then why carry it? This has been my experience at least 5 times.

Ordered a Sanctic Conclave box and Grey Knights combat patrol (old) from this store and gotta say I'm incredibly happy with ordering from them! Shipping didn't take too long to here in Nebraska, everything came in great condition. Definitely will order again and if I'm ever in Massachusetts I'll definitely stop by.

This is my local shop and I generally have a pleasant experience while being there - staff are attentive and at least try to be helpful - but with the small selection of DND items, I almost always leave disappointed. I appreciate the willingness to order things but it's hard to not just go somewhere else where I can get what I'm looking for immediately. There's a decent amount of books, although I was shocked when they didn't have a staple in stock recently, but overall I wish there were more DND accessories.

It’s not easy as a young woman to walk into a lot of hobby shops like this one, which makes the experience I had all that much more exceptional. Jake at alpha omega gave me so much time and thoughtful engagement and never once made me feel like I needed to prove my nerd credentials. Grateful to have a local business that feels as welcoming as this one

An extremely welcoming place, for the beginning gamer or the veteran. Super professional and easy-going staff and patrons, a very diverse crowd and always someone there to help learn how to play or paint. A great selection of games of all types, and awesome wargaming tables and scenery for all your needs. Staff is super supportive for game organizers and events, and is very experienced and connected in the gaming industry.
