Alltimate Gaming Lounge

Alltimate Gaming Lounge is easily a 5-star experience with an amazing selection of cards and collectibles. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Prices are fair, and the shop has a great atmosphere whether you’re buying, trading, or just browsing. I’ll definitely keep coming back—highly recommend it to any collector!

So ive come in here quite a few times and have had nothing but problems, the guys working act like they hate their job, which how? And the prices are lowkey a little above market. Not to mention i then submitted a card through them to go to psa back in the end of October, never told me when it came back, no call no text nothing, well after 4-5 months of calling the store and waiting I call today for the 4th time and they finally tell me they have it. So I went in to pick up my card and it gladly came back as a psa10!... here's the kicker, they never told me it came back and when I went in they had it in their case with a price tag on it... they literally tried selling my card without even telling me it came back, definitely really shady imo, not to mention when I initially took it in to get submitted they told me it would be 25 and I ended up paying 30 which not the biggest deal fr, still a decent price to grade a card but yeah.. definitely dont get your cards graded here if youd actually like to get them back lol

Sad announcement - this once glorious Bastian of Gaming is no more. We, the community, mourn the loss of the last gaming shop in DeLand. Oh, the door still opens and you can technically walk inside - but it is no longer the store it was. Unfortunately, they have severely reduced their inventory and are just a Pokemon shop now (with a handful of other card games). The community is bummed, every other gaming shop that was forced to so drastically reduce their inventory was closed in a year. This place has staying power, so it might make it - but man is it sad to walk in there now. This place had potential. A loyal crowd, good location, divese offerings. Now it is just looks like some guy selling Pokemon cards out of his messy living room. My guess is the owner got over extended and is forced to double down on Pokemon TCG. I hope it works out and the place is restored to its former glory. As for now, this is a Pokemon only stop (with one or two table top things to round it out). I will miss you Alltimate. You were a great shop.

Scalps their own product to resell on eBay not giving players a chance to get product. Staff is extremely rude. I will never return here. Gem Mint gaming down the road is leagues better than this garbage store.

Anyone giving this store and its staff less than 5 stars is or was obviously reviewing the wrong thing. Whether you buy, sell, or trade there is no better place locally. Keep up the good work and don't let any idiots discourage you
