I was promised a way lower price than other stores for a hobbit collector box because they wouldn't tell me it over the phone just to get there and it's the same price as it is everywhere else. That so awesome. Edit* Nobody threw a tantrum. When I heard the price was $800, I simply said 'I'm not paying that' and walked out of the store. I was explicitly told on the phone that the price was 'low' and kept hidden to stop scalpers, only to drive out and find it marked up nearly double MSRP like secondary online listings. Choosing not to pay an inflated markup isn't throwing a fit—it's basic consumer logic.

Can't recommend very much they have good events but thats about where my pros end now ever since the place almost closed its been on a major downhill every time I go in there there is barely any product its always the same stuff and certain members of staff are rude and very stuck on their high horse everytime I go there I have a terrible experience thwy even tried to uncharge me 30$ on an item thats been on the shelves for a year yeah no thanks I dont recommend but it can be fun to play events there Reply: about 2 years ago you had a store closing sale and posted everywhere you were gonna close thats never been the problem and with product I almost never see new product its the same stuff I understand expanding the play area I thought it was smart and the uncharge thing who in there right mind would pay 30$ extra for an item on your shelf and not getting the product anymore thats a new ive never heard any store say that idk how I was able to gwt the sane product that day off Amazon for the actual price its worth I used to be a very loyal customer now I come maybe once a year after everything if that

Everyone is always friendly! Great prices and people are always there playing/ going through cards! Just an over all great place! They also sell video games which is a plus if looking for that.

Listen!!! The owner Ron is amazing!!! Everyone else here in Zanesville wouldn't even look at my laptop! After I spilled a pop on it everyone said it was trash wasn't worth fixing. Laptop didn't cost enough to fix($200). Nobody would even take the chance to look at it before labeling it unfixable. When I brought it in the guys here listened to me! And Ron ACTUALLY LOOKED where no one else would! I took it in on Wednesday and I'm due to pick my laptop up tomorrow. He was very detailed in his work that he done and assured me even when I expressed my worries. He was also affordable! Im a college student so along with being helpful and affordable versus buying a new laptop takes alot of stress off my shoulders. So honestly 10/10 I'd recommend anyone to come here for repairs or even just to shop. The customer service here is also amazing and that means everything when your a small business!
