Advantage Games

This place was awesome. Went in to see what’s going on in there. Noticed they sold Pokémon cards. Bought 6 single packs, and an ended up pulling one of the top chase cards. But the place was awesome. Looks like they were getting ready for public battles when I showed up. Bit the staff was friendly. Will be back again.

I wanted to sell my old Pokemon items because I'm not into it anymore. The staff where amazing, they buy for cash at 50% and are very transparent about about the market rate and how much they will buy it for. For a brick and mortar store it's a decent buy price for me personally. The staff where amazing, 2 people helped me, I unfortunatly didnt get their names but I came in today, 7/11/2026, at around 6:30pm with my mom. I was unsure of getting a Sylveon poster that was drawn by one of the employees, and they let me have it with the items I was selling. I made more money than I was expecting, the other employee bought some cards at a dollar each and I was very appreciative of it. I live about 2 hours away and the only card places are 30 minutes away and usually don't buy. When I'm in Thorton again I will definitely return and tell my friends about the location. They also gave me cash which I loved and made me feel better. Definitely will come here for plushies if my sisters ever want the kinds they have because the place also is very clean which makes me feel far better about buying plushies. Plenty of game room for games too. My mom and I where very very happy as this is the 3rd game store we actually feel cares about their customers that we've been too.

I've been coming here for years and will continue to be a loyal customer. The player experience is great; staff and judges are friendly and helpful and set the tone for players. I brought my daughter in with me when she was first learning to play, and she was treated like a princess with a ton of feedback to help build a powerful deck from her concept. Prices are pretty comparable to most anywhere, but I love to shop local and support these guys.

We come weekly for the Beyblade tournament. Staff is great. Never have had an issue with other patrons. It's always fun to look through everything. Though, being in weekly, I try not to. Everything is so cool. Very happy to have found community for the kiddo here.

Idk who that new small girl is you have working there now, she is such a YAPPER; she goes on and on and on and on. And I'm all here for it, I totally loved how it was mind numbing me while I was gazing around at products; I couldn't even hear what I was thinking about anymore. It was a really funny and cool experience, was me and others just looking at her go on her tangent; it was just so hilarious and totally gave me anime vibes of certain characters. She's a funny addition to the team.
