Looking for cards for my deck. I am new to Magic the Gathering. I have been in many stores where you can look through the binders while on my journey. Yes, there are signs posted on certain places (single cards) with “Employees Only” but, was told I could not look through the binders on the shelf despite there being no signage on the shelf. That’s fine but, the employee was rude about the signage confusion and did not explain until after I asked how I was even supposed to get the cards. I had no idea that you could even order online. I’d recommend that they put their binders and cards away if they don’t want people to actually look at them. I’d give this place a 1 star review but, I don’t want Google to remove my review. We drove almost 2 hours to come see this store. I don’t recommend this place for beginners.

Sticker prices dont matter. They lookup the card before checkout and its only in their favor. Wouldve been fine paying 10$ on a 6$ card but if they're gonna recomp to squeeze pennies out of a claydol of all things then charge the sticker price anyways because its higher than market is then im avoiding this place like the plague from here on out.

It was the first time I've been in this store. I was hesitant based on some reviews, but decided I needed to see for myself, and was beyond pleased. The employee I interacted with was pleasant and asked if I needed any help a few different times as I browsed the Magic: The Gathering selection, which was quite extensive compared to other game stores I've been to. As I checked out The employee detailed the rewards program. And it seemed like a very solid program so I signed up. There is a lot of bulk on the counters but it didn't feel excessive like some say. I will definitely return. You should absolutely consider reviews, but also, please please, take the time to have your own experience to make a solid judgment, as some (not all) people who make overly negative reviews can often be overly entitled.

I spent a lot of money here, I had like 2-almost 300 points on their loyalty program, I took my son-in-law in there and bought us well over $300 in tmnt magic cards for him and myself, the guy that checked us out said next time I come in I will have a $50. Credit because my purchase put me over the 500 points, but I could only use them next time i come in. About a week later I come in and. Thought I would buy some more stuff, and the owner was going to check me out and I asked to apply my $50 credit, he said I did not have a $50 credit, and that I only had like 200 something points, I explained what the guy told me there is no way he can look at it, I brought up my credit card statement and showed him the $374.00 purchase to his store a week before and I should have at least that many points, he said there is nothing that he could do. So the employee must have not added it like he said he was going to do, or he stole my points for himself, which I’m sure he could easily get away with it, and if he’s getting $50 a pop that could be a very lucrative scam. Either way I just wanted to bring attention and warn others to not get scammed like I did. I spend way too much here to not be able to take advantage of their so called reward program. It’s sad that all these brick and mortar stores always complain about they cannot compete with the Walmarts, targets and other big corps, well those big companies always take care of they’re customers a lot of time with no questions asked. Looks like I need to find me a new spot to buy cards.

I only give 2 stars because there is a young lady who works there who was SO helpful and a delight! Other than her, I have never been “greeted” so rudely by a business ever. God forbid we ask them to help us out. Passive aggressive, rolling eyes, slamming items. I want to promote local, but will not be giving my money to a business with such terrible customer service! I don’t even care about their now scalper prices. I just never want to have interactions like that at ANY business! The WORST, aside from the lovely young lady!
