AA CardsandCollectables

Very poor customer service. Walked in and waited at the register. There were 4 employees in the store but not one person said "hello"...."we will be right with you"...."can I help you". I asked the guy on the Pokémon side who was on his phone if I could just pick up a graded card (which took a whole year to get). He looked at me and said "I don't deal with those you have to go to the other side and get it". Definitely made me feel unwelcome and like I was a bother. I'd rather go to other card stores in Kokomo who have the time to at least look up from their phone and acknowledge their customers.

Was passing thru on my way home to Indy and decided to check out the local Kokomo stores for Pokemon cards; AA was actually open at the time and easy to find so they got my attention. Once inside, I easily found their great selection of bulk cards, singles in binders (in multiple languages as well as English), a display case of graded singles, and a decent selection of sealed boxes/packs behind the counter. The binders were the highlight as they were loaded with a variety of full art rares I was looking for, and even some I didn't know I needed! Best part is they were all priced very well, and I got way more for my buck than what I expected to pay at other stores in the Indy area. There's also a fun binder called "Oops all Pikachus!" which helped me get tons of affordable cards for my niece's Pikachu collection. Store is small and cozy, but collection was great and full of surprises, and staff was super friendly to boot. Look forward to coming back next time I'm in Kokomo!

Great store!!!! Always super friendly, helpful, and honest! Prices are very good!! Even sold/traded them cards and got a very fair deal!!!! Highly recommended and kokomo is lucky to have a great shop like this!!!

My daughter loves to go to look and get Pokémon cards from similar places so today she wanted to stop She got 126 individual cards that are supposed to be 50 for 1 dollar 1 card for 5.50 and another for 1 dollar and 3 dollars.. I was charged 25 dollars Very upset about this and I will take OUR business to another card store in the future..

This is absolutely the best LCS around. I've always felt welcomed at their locations. I frequent the Kokomo location most; def worth the drive! Their staff are knowledgable on current and past product releases. Ryan is my top guy! Always willing to stop by and create memories at AA. One of my recent pickups: 151 Bundles. This LCS had them in stock when others didn't. IMPRESSIVE! 5-STAR STORE!
