5C Gaming

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I recently sold them some Magic The Gathering cards, and the entire experience—from talking with them over the phone to actually coming into the shop—helped me a lot. The staff were genuinely some of the coolest people I've ever dealt with. They were fair, helpful, knowledgeable, and actually seemed to enjoy talking with people and explaining things they're dealing with. No attitude, no trying to take advantage of somebody who might not know what they have, just good people treating you right and making the whole experience enjoyable, and kinda fun. It's rare to walk into a place and leave thinking, “Damn, I actually enjoyed dealing with those people.” That's exactly how I felt. If you're into MTG, or cards in general, or you're looking for a place where you'll be treated fairly, treated like you matter as a customer and actually enjoy the interaction, go check out this cool little gem hidden downtown. These guys earned my five stars.

5c Gaming is my main place to play Commander, I love coming here on Fridays after work and getting to just have fun and stay around. They stay open fairly late, usually closing around midnight, which is a godsend to me because it means I get to enjoy a few games every week, even if they do turn out to run fairly long. The store is clean, but not in a sterile way that makes you feel uncomfortable or anything. If i had any complaints I'd say that it gets a bit crowded at timez, but that just goes to show how popular the store is!

Supper cool store and atmosphere. Great for magic it seems. The trade in credit there is totally wack. Was only able to use half of my credit for sealed product and had to pay cash for the rest.. kinda weird to trade something in get credit but not being able to use it all to purchase something in store is wild. Kinda defeats the purpose of trading stuff in in my option. Overall people were nice place was cool just not for me. Also pokemon product was very overpriced =[

I went last night for the first time! I'm a new mtg player and everyone was amazing and helpful. Dakota helped me pick out a new deck to purchase and I won my first match with it! All the other players there are super friendly and willing to teach newer players. The atmosphere it amazing! This will deffently be my new place to play on wendsdays and Friday when I am able to. I've been to a few game shops at this point and by far this was my best experience.

It was okay. Did not like how the pokemon cards were set up. All the cards were in sleeves in a plastic storage box and hard to get out. There seemed to be no prices or organization with them. Had to ask about pricing on every card. Most of the cards had damaged edges from being poorly stored. Most off putting thing was when I heard a conversation from a lady employee and what seemed like a frequent customer. He asked what the value of cards in a container he was looking through was and she said up to 15$ ( untrue because I had pulled out a 45 dollar card). He replied that the shiny energies he traded the day prior were 19 and in there. She said she knew but put them in anyways because people were more likely to buy them. Seemed very shady in my opinion to purposely mix card values in hopes people will be confused or not notice and buy them.
