Visited them because they were a B4 Beyblade Hobby shop but the experience was disappointing. Was looking for a specific Bey and the staff working there told me that because their staff in charge of Beyblade was not there, that they couldn’t assist me with anything related to it. I understand that there are staff in game shops who have their specialities but assisting with a simple purchase order shouldn’t be that hard. The number listed on Google also happens to be tagged to a staff member who isn’t at shop half the time and is hard to reach according to the staff on the ground.

a staff there claims to be filling in for the day, but was very unhelpful when we went down looking for singles. we asked if can stay a while for a game of mtg but was basically told to go away as closing hour is coming(with one hour left). very disappointing

Wonderful huat place to get top hits and prizes. I wonder why there are others who complaint, be patient and wait for your turn man. Its a huge tcg shop, the people who work here clearly have alot work to do to keep it running. be grateful this place exist

Shop is very big and spacious, staff friendly, and sells lots of different varieties of card games. Not only card games but including beyblades as well. Good for casual and fun games!

I am here to share a negative experience I had today at Utopia, but first, the place is actually not bad for playing tcg. This place is just terrible for the bulk loose cards experience and the staff that served me at the counter today is also the bad experience. The other staff that served me and my friend yesterday was totally the opposite, we had a good interaction/experience with the staff that served us yesterday. Today I spent over 4 hours going through over 10 thousand loose cards, all stored messily inside a big wooden box. After 4 hours of searching, imagine my excitement when I found 1 pretty good card, I also picked out 36 average cards. After setting aside the 37 cards I wanted, I packed all the messy cards back neatly into the wooden box, a customer passing by even remarked that I am a good customer. I then went to the counter to make my payment, the staff at the counter went through all the cards i picked and singled out the 1 good card I found, did some search on his computer and told me sorry based on the value of that card, he can't sell it to me. It's not even a very expensive or very rare card. One can easily buy that card at other shops that carries a decent singles inventory. Going through the messy bulk is to experience the thrill of hitting a jackpot, finding a card that makes it feel worth spending the time and effort. So the staff took the 1 card out, I didn't say anything, paid for the remainder of the cards and went my way. No doubt contractually the deal was not finalized so you can refuse to go through with the deal at the last minute, nothing wrong there. But customer experience wise it was terrible, so I am just here to highlight and share my disappointing personal experience with other customers. Saving one card but losing a customer's future sales is the classic pennies wise, pounds foolish. I felt happy when I found a good card among the messy pile and totally disappointed that I can't bring it back with me, but at least it makes interesting future conversations filled with curses for my family, friends and future tcg sessions.
