Great customer service by a staff at Wood Square. I came in just shy of 30mins before closing and they were accommodating to recommend and allow me to purchase presents along with gift wrapping ! Thank you ToyTag!

Bought arcs previously. Had a nice friendly guy who recommends games in the shop. Now the shop does not allow you to come in, manned by a lady. Asks you to buy and collect online. No more board game / war game individual experience who's enthusiasm and recommendations help. Don't bother dropping by anymore.

Came down to their office to check out the games in person and this was the best service ever. If you want recommendations from people who actually play and know what their talking about and have original games, just come here!!

Felt like I'm entering a board game cafe, that's the level of service standards and experience for you. Definitely an enjoyable time, patient and passionate owner. Confusing place to find, look for the law firm and you'll find Solo 1 where they are located. Hopefully my students enjoy the games, cheers.
