Randomly decided to buy a one piece booster boxes for the first time ever and received a god pack in one of them and bought 2 random loose Paldean fates packs from their CNY discount and pulled my chase card. TLDR, only reason for giving them a lower rating is that their service and customer support went out the window after they moved to the bigger location and their prices drastically changed so I wouldn’t say they are ‘wholesale’ prices anymore.

Shop has large variety of slabs and sealed products. Prices are very reasonable too. Shop is very spacious and cozy. Manage to get a sick hit as well.

Newtro was supposed to host an event for a smaller card game (Cookie Run Braverse) which was listed on the official site and on their own website's Calendar. As there was a clash on the same date as another store I approached Newtro about it earlier and was given a very canned response about how everything will be as announced and through the official channels. Fast forward to actual day where there was a link on their calendar entry to the official sign up page (Peculiarly stating minimum to fire is 1 player) So I showed up to newtro, only to learn that nobody knew about it. The people present spoke to me politely but we're giving me blanket responses like "Oh you messaged the wrong person". "Our admin team has been swamped by our trade show so we might have missed your message". Because I frequently attend these events and speak to a lot of stores about such happenings, I shared what we have done in the past. They put me on the phone with the owner? Named Ashley (only saw her name briefly) and I was told they would be hosting according to what the website states and if the event does not have enough players (again minimum players: 1) they will not be postponing the event unless given instructions by the distributor. So the event that they created but did not know about would just be cancelled.. not even postponed. At 6pm on a weekday is just feels like they are lying to players for some ulterior reason. Realistically speaking I understand that our game brings close to nothing in sales compared to their mainstay Pokémon, but I would expect a modicum of accountability instead of completely shrugging me off after I cabbed down to make it in time for what their announced event. If you're a collector of Pokémon it's a good place to browse for high end booster packs and products and the space is self looks really nice as is and another 1/3 of it seems to be WIP sure. But if you're going there for an event because your game's website listed their store.. approach with a pinch of salt. Will review after today's event

Bought a clean raichu from one of the nice vendors at newtro tradeshow today! Place is spacious and clean

I bought a chaos rising booster box and 14 pack of the same set and pulled 2 SIR insane.packaging was clean thank u so much for the assistance. Will come back again
