Cardboard Collectible

Staff are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. Card single prices are reasonable and fair.

Ran a promotion implying that customers could purchase the product at a discounted price on a first come, first served basis. After arriving, staff informed us that it was actually a ballot instead. The ballot process itself was disorganised, with little attempt at transparency or proper crowd management. We were told the results would be announced at a specific timing, but there was a delay with no further communication or updates from the staff. Your staff also mentioned that the product would be unshrunk in front of the winner during collection, but that did not happen either. They gave us an already unshrunk product. I’m giving 1 star only because the promotion was eventually fulfilled and Google don’t let me go lower than that, but overall the experience felt misleading and dishonest.

Passed by and bought two loose packs of Nihil Zero randomly. Got 1 SR and 1 RR, so pretty satisfied. 5/5 unfiltered packs. Prices are comparable to market. Would visit again.

Sold my partner cards that were scratched. She had no opportunity to inspect them first and was rushed to the counter to pay. Each individual card on sale is also not stored properly in a top loader (or at least, in a binder) and is warped as a result. Prices on loose booster packs are also above market. Not buying from here again.

Owner is great! First visit, bought 3 white flare packs, and owner opened a sealed, fresh box for me to select from, so definitely not filtered packs. Got an AR from the packs (ignore the other cards) =)
