Super rude and unfriendly to anyone who shops at this place. He/She not sure of the gender is extremely rude and unfriendly when asked questions. Seen playing with his/her friends when entering the shop. It seems not friendly at all to new customers but only catered to regulars. This shop is good only for pickups and buying boxes. But beware if you are prepared for rude service.

The staff was incredibly rude (31 July, 3pm) at the counter. He looked at both me and my wife and asked if we are players of the game with a judging look and tone when we asked if Vendetta set was available for purchase. She explained that we played at the other shops, and was given a dismissive look. Staff proceeded to then open up a fresh case as requested, took one box out, put back the case behind and after my wife paid, we saw that there was another box on top of the initial one out of the fresh case and that was subsequently passed to us instead. We can’t confirm if the second box came from the fresh case that was initially opened in front of us and will not speculate on this. Left with a sour taste due to the poor attitude and only got one box. Thankfully we didn’t purchase more. Just because we didn’t play at your store before doesn’t give you the right to say such things to us. Great job turning away potential customers. Overall, highly unpleasant experience compared to nearby stores Poketee and Cardboard Crack Games whereby staff there treated us with basic respect and courtesy. P.S. Super rude counter staff (he or she, I can't tell, respectfully, probably transgender). He/She was playing games with his/her friends on the table and whenever I went to the counter with enquiries, he/she would have a super pissed off face as though I owed his/her money! Talked rudely and when asked to repeat because I couldn't hear him/her, he/she just repeated in an arrogant and sarcastic + extremely rude tone. First and last time visiting this outlet. Highly disappointing experience.

We had fun at Edge of Eternities prerelease!

Really good collection and very knowledgeable and friendly boss. Would recommend for lovers of the game!
