If you're into Pokémon cards, Waxxed Sports Cards is definitely worth checking out. The store has a really good mix of products, with singles displayed through the middle of the shop and sealed stock towards the back, so it's easy to take your time and browse everything. One thing I really liked was that the singles were individually priced. It made looking through the binders and display cases much more enjoyable without having to keep asking for prices. Prices are on the higher side, but the selection is strong enough that it's still worth a visit. The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in and happy to help, which made for a great experience overall. I'd happily recommend stopping by if you're visiting Singapore and looking to add a few Pokémon cards to your collection.

Finally, a nice proper Sports Card store in Singapore without the typical “ah beng” vibes. Very classy ambience with quite a spread of the highly sought for stuff. Owner is super friendly, shares his enthusiasm for the products as well. All in all, awesome experience. Will def come again.

I walked a mile to this store and it was worth every step in the heat! Im not a card person, I was buying gifts for my loved ones. The owner of the store was sooo helpful and schooled me on the popular cards today. Told me about the value each box may contain and then, no pressure, stood back while I decided what I wanted to buy. So kind, patient and a pleasure to chat with. The store had a great selection of exactly what I had been looking for while I was in Japan and couldn't find them anywhere, until I arrived here in Singapore. Yay! I'll def be back on my next trip, I'm sure the kids will have a bigger list for me haha Thanks again!!!
