Great place with an awesome atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to chat and help whether you’re a beginner or a long-time player. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and never make you feel rushed or pressured. Definitely would come back again :)

Visited today to see if they had any interesting Pokemon cards for my brother's collection. Super friendly service, nice atmosphere, a bunch of folks playing card games in the store and deep expertise. They don't take international creditcards but there's an ATM on the ground floor of the mall, and they also take many apps (I just didn't have a compatible one). Five stars, will definitely come again next time I'm in Singapore!

Recommended some of my friends (total 4 of us) who are new players to go there together for One Piece Meet Up event. Was disappoint when the in-charge say there was not enough participants and meet up was called off. Sign up was noted as successfully in the bandai tcg app. I've bought Yugioh products from the place previously and the ygo products in-charge offered great service. Hope service level can be improved.

The staff at TripleTactics are very friendly.. the location is very central and easy to access. Lots of rare cards and the price is very reasonable.. if you want to get rare cards, come to this place and open their booster packs…
