Project EXT

Came here with my friend, when he told the staff there that we are here for rb spiritforged booster box, the staff replied in a rude manner asking us what game were we referring to. Funny because they are the ones selling the box yet asking us what game. Another staff then assisted us, when we were finally presented with the boxes from a freshly opened case, this other staff asked us if we wanted to pick the boxes otherwise he will just give us at random, we told him to pick for us. Upon receiving it, i noticed there was a dent line to which i told this other staff that i wanted another box. He then ask me in a sarcastic manner “you’re ripping the box right? Not keeping it”, i was taken aback as usually people would just give another without questioning. I implied from his question that they are against scalpers, ironically enough, they themselves are selling the boxes at market price, way above msrp yet being judgemental to people for wanting a nice box assuming they intend to resell in the future. The staff didn’t even thank me and my friend after making payment for our boxes, just looked at our paynow receipt without saying a word and then proceed to serve other customers. Like who does that lol, came all the way here to patronise and not even a thank you? Attitude from both staff are some of the worst experience for a card shop. Never coming back here again. Would give 0 stars if possible

Had a great experience at Project EXT today! Was served by Azri, who was extremely helpful and genuine when explaining the different One Piece TCG products and pricing. Really appreciated that he took the time to share his knowledge with me as I’m new to The One Piece TCG! Excellent service, great prices, and a very welcoming experience. Definitely a shop I’ll be coming back to! Highly recommended 👍

They will price out their singles on the spot and have good variety off tcg, ppl working there are cool. 11% DC for singles till eom. Got a good deal for my cards. Thanks guys

Visited here recently and the colleague there was very kind, patient, and helpful. They have a good range of singles for a variety of different card games. Most are raw cards which was good for me. They have a great stock of quality sanseking folders in mixed colours and sizes. Highly recommended and I will likely return soon when I am next in Singapore :)

Always had a good time at the shop. The staff is approachable and helpful. They have also been my trusted shop for preorders for products to rip
