Greatest of All Time (GOAT)

Had an excellent experience with GOAT TCG from start to finish! I first contacted them via WhatsApp to enquire about a Riftbound Booster Box and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they replied. What impressed me even more was that they proactively reserved a box for me despite me never specifically asking for a reservation. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed they genuinely cared about their customers and wanted to prevent any disappointment if stock ran out. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable and the communication throughout was friendly and professional. When I visited the store to make payment and collect the box, the experience got even better. The staff were incredibly welcoming and approachable. A special shoutout to Jeremy, who went above and beyond to help me. As someone who is still learning Riftbound, Jeremy took the time to explain the basics and core fundamentals of the game in a clear, patient, and easy-to-understand manner. It never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the effort he put into helping a newcomer learn the game. Overall, GOAT TCG has an amazing atmosphere with great vibes, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and quick responses to enquiries. It’s clear that they are passionate about both the community and the games they support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get into Riftbound or any TCGs in general. I’ll definitely be back!
