Horrible place with horrible customer service. I had an extremely bad experience. The people there let me know I don’t belong in the TCG hobby space. It’s a pity because I wanted to learn how to play Lorcana.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chinatown Games Haven. Before buying a deck, I specifically asked the store manager if it was playable straight out of the box. I was assured that it was, so I went ahead with the purchase. However, after checking the deck, I found that it contained a banned card, meaning it wasn’t actually legal to play as sold. When I returned to ask about it, the store manager was rude and dismissive instead of trying to address my concerns. As a customer, I expect accurate information, especially when I ask a direct question before making a purchase. If the deck isn’t playable out of the box because it contains banned cards, customers should be told upfront. The issue wasn’t just the product—it was the poor customer service. A little honesty and professionalism would have gone a long way. I hope the store improves both its product knowledge and the way it treats customers.

GH can give their thanks to the lady “running” the store for the one star review. Woman needs to learn some manners and perhaps be a little nicer to non-regulars. So qt gyoza when you see this-please do some reflecting

The best LGS in SG for Flesh and Blood, and Magic! Very spacious for 40+ player tournaments. They have a huge display wall of FaB and MtG singles, and even more binders behind the counter. They also stock lots of modern sealed products.

The owner is very friendly and courteous. For singles, You can only order cards through their website though. They have a few sealed products for display. They also have high end singles on display
