Flagship Games

super friendly staff, large and cosy playing area, lucky packs, what's not to like?

female specky staff rude and cannot be bothered to help to check… cant be bothered to help checking when i specifically said what i ordered.. when i have difficulty accessing… usually other shops are more helpful in a way when you tell them what you ordered if there’s difficulties

Went on 2 occasions and received two interesting experiences. First time I visited, I wanted to purchase something. There was a sticker price stated on the product but the staff told me that the price has changed and it more than doubled. He said that it was for consignment and brushed it off without any more comments which left a very disappointing impression of the shop. When I visited the shop a second time, there was still the same product there with the old price which left me super confused. I tried purchasing it and when they scanned it they realised that the price had changed. The lapse in processes and communication is disappointing and lead to two very underwhelming experiences.

In a world rife with Card shops that masquerades as TCG shops but only sells nothing but Pokemon, they stand out - because they sell MORE than just Pokemon TCG. And here's the kicker: they accept SG60 AND CDC vouchers! Rejoice! They also host weekly events for all card games including the rarely found MTG Standard format! Rejoice again! Their staff are friendly too :)

🤯Addendum: I HAVE PULLED A FRACTURE FOIL FROM THIS SHOP!!!🥹🥳😭 Flagship Games is a clean & spacious LGS. The staff here are friendly to newcomers, give good advice & know what they're talking about when answering questions. Weekly events are held for numerous TCGs like MTG, Pokemon, Lorcana with good turnout. Their website has a wide variety of cards new and old/obscure. Overall, FlagshipGames is a store that I can recommend for TCG players👍
