Left frustrated. I checked the opening hours and made a trip down to collect my ordered singles. When I reached the shop at 11.55am, the shop is closed. I am informed by a neighbouring shop that the staff went off for lunch. I went on to do my things in the area and came back at 5.30pm. Again the shop is closed, with a note “will be back at 6pm”. This is terrible experience for someone who made a special trip down to collect the cards but went back empty handed.

A lot of cool and rare cards. Very friendly shop seller. Very cold though, can consider to increase the Aircon’s temp

I ordered some singles online and paid a $5 delivery fee. A wrong card was sent in the order. I emailed the shop but received no response, so I followed up via their website chat the next day. They apologised and asked me to go down to the store for an exchange, which meant extra time and travel on my end for an error that wasn't mine. At the store, I wanted to purchase a $5 card and politely asked if there could be any goodwill discount given the inconvenience. The staff immediately said no. I went ahead and bought the card anyway, but the way the situation was handled felt disappointing and lacking in customer care. An unpleasant experience overall.
