At first glance, it looks like a very highly stocked up store. But unfortunately most of the stuff, is mostly things that they obviously scalped and bought in huge bulks, from walmart and other bigger store fronts. And they will ask for $15-20 more than what they usually go for. That included the games and the very obviously scalped pokemon tcg merch. But if you look very closely, you might find something very neat to buy. But again the prices of this store are not budget friendly. Even for loose figures. So be ready to shelv out more, than what you expect to spend. While they have authentic anime figures. I do not recommend you buy any of the loose ones. As some are obvious bootlegs from ali express and they ask a ton for those too. So do a bit of research, before coming here. And a heads up, don't take pics or record here. They are extremely hostile when it comes to that. Tho there aren't any signs or any warnings in the store stating such a rule. But they don't want people recording or taking pictures there. And it's obvious that this store needs more staff and a bit more better management. As two people are obviously not enough, as it can get extremely chaotic. When it gets busy at certain hours. With employees being obviously overworked. As they can sometimes be sour Overall I can't really recommend this place for collectible or game shopping. While they do have some neat imported stuff. The rest is just stuff from walmart and other stores. That's obviously being sold at a higher prices. If you need some quick hobby supplies and a couple of gunpla kits. This place is worth checking out. Update as of 2026: The service quality of the employees went way down. They treat customers like a bother and they don't treat customers with courtesy. They just want you to buy their scalped stuff and leave. 2nd Update: There's much less now and they're more hyper focused on scalping pokemon tcg. If you see these guys at a convention, stay away from their booth. Especially if you have any pokemon stuff on you. They will invite you to open packs at their booth and if you get a hit card they'll get extremely pushy. And try to get you to sell them the card at extremely below market value, so that they can resell and profit themselves. They'll get extremely aggressive, they'll gaslight you, they'll lie, they'll do anything to make it seem that what you just got is worthless and want you to accept their offer. Do not shop here. Go somewhere else. If you see them at conventions, stay away. 3rd Update: The owner is now incredibly hostile towards anyone that offers any kind of criticism or feed back. Since they can't delete the reviews, they're now to resorting to being petty and dismissive. By basically looking at peoples profiles and belittle them, based on what they review. I don't need to tell you, that what you're doing is extremely unprofessional. You know very well what you're doing. I write my reviews, based on my experience of the establishment. I take note of the layout, how the employee's behave, how the customers behave, pricing, etc. If I see something that needs to be pointed out, then I will point it out. It's how I review every store I come across. And unfortunately, there's a lot of things in your store that you need to address. But you choose to just be petty and dismissive. Instead of being unprofessional and petty. Maybe actually stop and listen to people's feed back. You can try to silenece freedom of speech all you want. But word of mouth will keep going around. Other stores at least address things with courtesy and at least try to fix things. You on the owner hand have no sense of professionalism what so ever. If someone's criticism hurts you so much. Then that's on you for having such a fragile ego. I want tu support local businesses as much as anyone. But I wont support businesses that treat people, how you treated them.

Figures are great, especially the model kits, but not to be offensive, it's just the atmosphere is ruined with the employees treating some people like a bother especially if you're window shopping or even talking inside the store. Like they hate customer service.

They show naked figures to the public where children enter and I’ve seen many kids annoyed by that. Terrible customer service, second time they treat me like a thief just because I was standing near the counter where they had a box with merchandise. Needless to say, I'm not coming back. In fact when I left upset they were doing a similar thing to another customer, insinuating they had stolen some merchandise. They have many other negative reviews on this and other topics. Very disappointed!
