Great vibe, lots of TCG product. We bought some Pokemon singles and the prices were really competitive, plus they gave us tips on other nearby shops to check out while we are in town. Definitely will come by again the next time we visit!

IMAGINE SPENDING $164 ON COLLECTOR CARDS AND THEN FIND OUT THEY WERE INAUTHENTIC? Something similar happened to me. I've been waiting months to leave this review as I don't like giving negative reviews to small business, but it's been almost 3 months and they never helped me. On June 5th I went to gamer's cave as soon as they opened. & bought 3 of the Monsters bling boxes, one was a macaron and two Big into energy. I spent more than $150 and I honestly didn't mind considering they weren't available anywhere, popmart does not ship to Puerto Rico and I was supporting a local business.They didn't give me a receipt. Before I opened the Macaron, I scanned the code on the back of the box to check for authenticity and it worked. It took me to the popmart website. Everything was going great until I got to the big into energy. The first one had a pen scratch on it's eye, blue ink. It had a couple other small issues but I ignored it & opened the second one. it had a smudge on it's cheek. That's when I decided to look up conterfeit signs online and It turned out two of the Big Into Energy were not authentic and turns out they were Knockoffs. I live 5 minutes away from the store so I decided to drive drive back and On my way I called the store to see if they could help me, give me a refund or take the the Lafufus and replace them with real ones. On the phone the guy working the register was skeptical saying that I was the first person this had happened to and I kept telling him how It had only happened with the big into energy and the Macaron was Authentic. When I got tot the store I tried explaining to him what had happened and I scanned both of my Boxes of the Big Into energy and The Macaron to show him how one was authentic but the other two Big Into Energy weren't. I even Picked Up One Of The Big IntoEnergy Boxes from the shelves to show them THEY WERE SELLING INAUTHENTIC labubus. The guy at the cash register looked confused I'm guessing since it's a store where they mostly sell trading cards and this was the first time they sold labubu's, he looked like he didn't know what I was talking about or how to spot an inauthentic knockoff. He said he'd give my phone number to the owner of the store and that he would communicate with me. two days went by And I decided to post on their facebook asking about it since they didn't reply to my facebook messages That's when I got a call from Gamer's Cave. AND HEAR THIS. The guy from the cash register told me I had to give the owner video proof of me unboxing the Labubus. WHAT THE HELL Right? Well Luckily FOR ME I was intending on posting my unboxing video of the labubus on tiktok and giving the store a shoutout. So I didn't mind the sudden change of plans and I got the owner's number So I would contact him (which is not what I was told but anyways I still mesaaged him) (you'd think a client claiming you're selling something inauthentic would be important enough for you to communicate with them but it wasn't the case) I sent the owner Three videos, one unboxing the macaron and Two videos one for each big into energy and a voice note explaining what had happened. The owner got back to me and said he was contacting his Supplier and he would get back to me with answers. EIGHT Days went by and he never got back to me so I decided to contact him again on june 16th and He got back to me with a voice note where Allegedly his supplier had told him that "the Big into Energy were indeed real but they didn't scan because those had come from Japan which was a lie bacause Popmart only had manufacturers from japan. SIX MINUTES LATER I got a text message from the owner that said "Checking my email, they sent me a message yesterday to verify receipt of purchase." Which is weird because A) why would your Supplier need My receipt of purchase? B) I told him on the voice note they didn't give me a receipt C) HE COULD EASILY LOOK UP THE TRANSACTION AND GET THE RECEIPT AND MY PROOF OF PURCHASE HIMSELF

Went to a tournament here yesterday since I was in the island from GA and the staff was very helpful, very welcoming. They were very attentive to what I needed and went above and beyond by telling me what other places had tournaments during the week if I was around to play some more. It was a great experience for sure. Will come here every single time I'm in town.

It says here it opens today at 11:30 AM, but apparently is closed today, Saturday November 27, 2021. It is now 11:40 AM, and it's still locked. See image attached. I'm gone... Bye.
