Such an awesome One Piece-themed café around Pura Tarlac. Offerings are affordable - I had matcha latte and iced latte which are both nice and tastes good. Staff is friendly and attentive which I appreciate. Ambience is full of One Piece memorabilia which fans of the manga and anime will surely love. I'd be back for more!
