Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The cashier was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a burden just for asking something. I do not recommend going to this place.

If I could rate it more i would 10 of 5 stars , staff friendly , super helpfull its a small shop and the love of the games and cards just hits different in this shop , recommend going here

Ford was helpful finding the cards that I was after. Although they don't have a lot of the new cards, give him a list and he will help you out.

Very accommodating and they have a wide selection of trading cards! My brother loved the cards that we bought for him for his birthday! Will definitely go back when we visit Baguio again!

The place is nice and they have a lot of collections. What I DO NOT recommend is the person running the place. I am not sure if he is the owner or just a caretaker of the shop, but he was a tall guy wearing eyeglasses. He was VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND OFFENSIVE. For context, it was our FIRST TIME in the shop and our first time purchasing a card. We didn’t know the prices and versions of the box, so we asked for the price and were given two options — one box that’s green with Zoro in the background, and another that’s red with Luffy in the background. They told us the price and asked which one we liked. I didn’t answer him directly but told my partner “Ikaw Bahala" because it was HIS birthday, and we were buying for him. Now, this guy LAUGHED SO HARD AND YELLED non-verbatimly, “Naghahanap ng box tapos nung sinabi ung price – IKAW BAHALA.” That was RUDE and INSULTING, as if mocking us for not having a budget. I wanted to leave, but since it was my partner’s birthday and he really wanted a One Piece card, I stayed so as not to ruin his day and we purchased the red box. Whoever that person is was UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. The shop does have a lot of activities and tournaments. If he represents the management, then their management is TERRIBLE.
