Neutral Grounds Megamall

Dissapointing experience overall. The selection is decent, but the customer service was poor. Staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful, and completely disengaged when asked basic questions. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, the atmosphere here felt cold and unfriendly. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a welcoming environment. They don't even have an ecobag for my purchases. 🤦‍♂️

Small store lots of stuff, they also have a small play area In back. It's a little hard to find it's on the 4th floor by the pet zone, kinda above the BDO bank ATMs. Lots of sealed MTG but no singles came there on Wednesday and there was 8 of us Playing comander. They have lots of board games and Warhammer minis and paints as well.

we played #inconversible and master sinseh. both very fun and great for groups. they're very easy to learn and play. A lot of Daryl Chow's games are great games. I also have his mooncake and alphabeast games signed by him too when I met him in person at a convention. he is down to earth, super passionate about making games and he's also really chill. origame got a lot of compact card games you can take on staycations to play with fam and friends! neutral grounds have so many cards and board games. they maintain their products well so I can guarantee the stuff you buy are gonna be in mint condition. no stain, no dust, no crinkles or dents :>

My friends and I buy MTG cards here. Packs are sealed without signs of tampering. They also have plenty of card sleeves and deck boxes.

One of my to go for a while now since I started MtG, knowledgeable and friendly staff. 👍👍👍
