Amazing experience. Sad to see that like in other similar spaces that there are reviews from people that are clearly not part of the culture of this sort of space and making a fuss over nothing. Don't let them prevent you from booking a spot and renting out their Warhammer table for campaigns. The snacks are great, the staff are accommodating and answer appropriate questions. The reason people have complaints is because they try to solicit tables and customers and are not there to use the space for what it's meant for.

My friend and I stopped by to inquire about their tables because the concept honestly looked really nice and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk completely ruined it for us. The girl at the front desk (who was also the cashier, I didn’t get her name) was very rude and came across as really condescending. When I mentioned journaling, she asked me twice what I meant by it and looked completely puzzled, with this annoyed expression the whole time. The tone and facial expressions just made the interaction uncomfortable. It honestly felt like we were bothering her just by asking questions. It’s such a shame because I was actually excited to suggest this place to my friends. The concept is great, but the poor customer service really killed the experience for us, and we ended up not pushing through. Just manage your expectations if you visit. A little friendliness goes a long way, especially in customer service. It could have been such a different experience if we were simply welcomed in a more approachable way.

Rude and condescending staff. They expect you to know how buying from the glass cases works. I wanted to buy pokemon booster packs from some of the displays and they acted as if it was a hassle. When I asked how much an mtg booster box was they replied so condescendingly. Moreover, their prices are higher than some other stores.

Great place to get your hobby items from mobile suits and action figures to pokemon cards and tabletop games. They have friendly staff members who will gladly help you with your inquiries and purchases.

I'd love to rate this place 5 stars but I do have one complaint about the store. It was really warm. Maybe because there was no one playing or no event happening not really sure. But overall a great hobby spot to visit. Their prices for MTG are pretty good. Don't forget to check out the glass cases. I wish I did before buying penny sleeves. They had penny sleeves there for 1 peso for a 100 pack vs 250 for 100 pack in the store itself. Overall thankful that we finally have a nice spot in the south.
