They are not a PWD-friendly mall. While they have a lift, they only offer a one-way access to the wheelchair which is very weird since as a PWD you do not come out of the store walking normally. I had a leg injury and badly needs to pick-up an item personally. I am told that they can lend me a wheelchair going to the store ONLY. But not going out. For the record, we called a day earlier to confirm if we can borrow and we were given an affirmation. On top of this, the guards are NOT ACCOMMODATING. Yes, guardS. More than one. They are actually rude when being asked about the access to wheelchair. They also have no sense of urgency. They badly need retraining on customer service. This mall is exactly the opposite of Robinsons Mall that lends you a wheelchair the whole time and the guards are approachable.

SM North EDSA will always hold a special place in my heart, it is truly the mall of my childhood! It is amazing to see how much it has grown over the years. It is still my go-to spot for everything, with so many stores to choose from. A classic that never gets old!

The best mall of Quezon City for me, it has a lot of stores inside of anything you might need or anything you'd want in a mall. Unlike other mall, this mall always have an feature event which lures anybody to go out like their cosplay events, sales, the booknook where you can read and stay for free, their holiday make ups all over the mall which make you really will feel the holiday and aside from that, this mall has a feature stylish elegant design of bridge that connect to the bus carousel that makes the mall to be very accessible to the commuters, their parking fee is alright unlike other mall that will charge you extra every hour so for me this is really the best mall in Quezon City

Nice mall to walk around in, as a tourist i find it very convenient that the Jeepney terminal is right in front and the crowd control was good. The cebu stall at the foodcourt sucks though like really 😬.. the only good thing was the fish sinigang, and the lechon skin. The sisig didnt taste like sisig and it was all fats no meat at all, and the ordering was really complicated even for my filipina partner. Thankfully the other stuffs there was nice, such as potato corner and the chocolate porridge store at the jeepney terminal.

During my stay in Manila in October 2025, I frequently visited SM North EDSA due to its exceptional convenience and accessibility. Being directly connected to Grass Residence through an elevated walkway made it incredibly practical, allowing me to reach the mall without dealing with traffic or transportation. The mall itself is vast, lively and well maintained, offering a wide variety of shops, dining options and services. The atmosphere is energetic and chaotic in the most vibrant sense, especially during the early start of the Christmas season, which in Manila begins as early as October. The festive decorations and music create a magical and emotionally engaging environment. The mall features two large food court areas, numerous restaurants, and two supermarkets, including a very large one located at the far end of the ground floor. A newer wing connects the mall to expanded parking facilities and, although relatively minimal in design at the time of my visit, it still offered useful services such as an excellent barber shop. For residents in the area, SM North EDSA is an outstanding point of reference that combines comfort, variety and scale, with ample parking available for those arriving by car.
