Poor customer service. No transparency on their preorders. They didn't even acknowledge my payment. I kept asking for an update on when the preorders would arrive, and there wasn't a single response from them. They have no accountability as well, even after the orders were delayed a week. I was willing to wait, but their lack of communication didn't make it worth it. Never again.
